The Value of One on One Coaching
I recently had the honor of stepping onto the TEDx stage—and wow. It was surreal.
I shared a piece of my story that’s been quietly shaping everything I do. From the way I move through the world as a woman, as a leader, to how I show up in rooms as someone who’s committed to building power behind the scenes.
If you’ve ever struggled with being underestimated…you ever felt like the underdog, or felt the tension between *who you are* and *what they expect you to be*—this talk is for you. It's time to reclaim your voice—on your own terms.
Watch my TEDx Talk, and leave a comment and tell me what landed with you. I’d love to hear it.
Now, a little something special for my business-minded women.
If you're ready to land your first government contract, this one's for you.
You all have been following my journey long enough to know the real breakthroughs happen in real conversations. The real wins are built on small stages, late night or early morning zoom sessions, and Google Docs with messy track changes. Big stages are powerful, but the truth is the real transformations happen in smaller rooms. One business owner to another with our sleeves rolled up and our minds open, mapping out what’s possible- that's where the wins happen.
Here are 3 examples of business owners I've helped just in the past month with one-on-one strategy sessions:
SBA Women-Owned Certification
I recently had the pleasure of working one-on-one with a local electrical lighting consulting company to help them navigate the SBA women-owned small business certification process. We worked closely, with the client having direct email access to me for all her questions. After submitting her application, the SBA provided a status update within a week, moving her closer to this valuable certification.
First Government Contract Submission
For a Florida-based business owner specializing in large-scale events, submitting her first government contract was a big step. She utilized my Proposal Review Services, and together, we ensured her proposal was polished and submitted on time. It was incredibly rewarding to help her successfully navigate this new frontier in government contracting.
Charlotte Coffee Shop: Partnerships & Revenue Streams
A Charlotte-based coffee shop owner, whose business caters to parents, reached out for guidance on working with the government and earning certifications. In a one-on-one session, we explored various strategies for her business. I advised her on creating new revenue streams, both through consulting and leveraging her retail operations for government opportunities.
With that in mind, I’m opening up 3 one-on-one spots for business owners who are ready.
If you:
Serve other businesses, nonprofits or corporations, not individuals.
Have been in business at least two years
Are ready to navigate certifications, build your marketing, and go after contracts with a strategy that works
…then we should talk.
This isn’t a flashy launch campaign. It’s just me asking: "Would you like to work with me?" When we meet, I’ll guide you through our proven system for:
Getting certified (without the overwhelm)
Building a marketing foundation that speaks government
Crafting a focused, doable strategy to land your first contract
