Public Sector Payday Small Business Certifications Onboarding
This process will certify your business with the NC HUB/MBE and City of Charlotte MWSBE certifications
Small Business Certifications Onboarding by Christine Edwards
Step 1: Fill out the onboarding form completely as possible.
Step 2: Upon completion, I will send you two documents to get notarized: the Ethnicity Affidavit and the M/W/SBE Application
Step 3: We will meet to review and sign the applications and make sure you've got everything covered. Make an appointment. Link to Be Provided.
Step 4: Your completed, signed applications will be submitted in their respective portals. The certification approval process may take 30-90 days depending on how complete and thorough your application is at the time of submission. I have gotten clients certified in 30 days.
Payment Process:
The total cost for the Done For You Certification service will be $150 to $300 depending on the level of guidance needed. $150 will be due each time a 90 minute strategy session is scheduled (via Calendly). 1 (one) strategy session is required at minimum.
Agreement:
If you are agreeable to this arrangement, then your written confirmation via email will serve as our formal agreement. You also agree to not hold Amplify Consulting, LLC responsible for actions taken regarding your certifications after we have sent them off for approval. You are responsible for certification renewal and updating contact information. I protect your private information with Two-Factor Authentication on all of my devices and encourage you to mask any private information like your SSN or your Bank Account Numbers.
